The Employee Relations unit provides consultation and advice to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding personnel issues, including performance management, corrective actions, interpretation of policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements, and policy and procedure training.  Employee relations also provide consultation to managers and supervisors on policies, procedures, and regulatory interpretation of FMLA, PDL, KinCare, religious accommodation, etc.  The goal of Employee Relations is to improve and maintain relationships between employees, union representatives, and managers.
